100 Cup Challenge is perfect for someone looking for some indoor fun. If you’re a teacher, this is awesome for the 100th day of school or indoor recess!
If you’re a mom, don’t be surprised if this becomes the new favorite toy! True story: On the same day my son received (as gifts) 2 LEGO sets, I purchased 100 red plastic cups. The LEGOS cost $33 and the cups cost $6. Which set did they play with longer? You guessed it… the cups!
- 100 Cups (we just bought the Target brand cups)
- Optional: small Nerf Gun, (click here)
100 Cup Challenges:
- Who can build the highest tower in 1 minute.
- Race a friend.
- Break a “world record” in time or height.
(Sometimes kids come up with these on their own, these can be prompts for you.)
Skill work: Write 100 words or math problems on the cups or sight words.

Just print this out and fold it in half. Presto! 100 Cup Challenge
We always enjoy shooting plastic cups (see our Nerf Gun Shooting Range). Having 100 cups, makes the challenge even better! This time different types of structures have been built and Hot Wheels tracks have been set up through them. It almost reminds me of the bridge challenge too!
Of course, in our house, we can’t resist shooting them down with our Nerf guns! Our new favorite Nerf gun is the Jolt ($5, click here)!
It’s amazing how a little set of cups can make kids SO happy! Our last set of cups has lasted almost 2 years!
If your child is looking to take their cup stacking to the next level of cup racing, check these out.
