I was inspired by the Glow Stick Lantern on Lil Blue Boo and decided to try it with my boys! Super cool!
Directions: Just cut open (kitchen shears) the tip of your glow stick, dump, seal with lid, and shake.
Mason Jar, spaghetti jar, or other sealed jar
Large Glow sticks
*They are non-toxic go here for more info.
*They do contain glass, so make sure your kids don't touch it.
Notes: Add a little bit of water to make it last longer. They don't last as long as a glow stick and we lost track of the time, but it's at least 1 hour.
I'm all about easy for science experiments - doesn't get much better than this!
