Rainbow Jello

Our layers from the bottom to top:  lemon, lime, orange, strawberry, raspberry.  Sour cream layers in between.

A salute to the 1970's! I remember my grandmother making this for my family when we would come into town.  One year (pre-kids) I thought I'd make it as a surprise for my family.  Little did I know how long it would take!  I stayed up until 3:00 a.m. making it and it didn't even turn out right!


This year, I dedided to get my kids in on the action and START EARLY!  It can take up to 5 hours to complete all of the layers.


If you read the directions wrong and buy raspberry jello instead of grape -- it looks like Christmas Jell-o!
