DIY Sidewalk Chalk Paint

The first time I made this, I went wild and added a lot of food coloring!  It looked great, but lasted on our driveway almost the entire summer!!
This time, the paint lasted 2 weeks and then the rain washed it away.
We used it to make a semi-permanent four square court and bases for kickball.  It needs to be repainted now, but they loved not making the lines each time.

Basic Directions:
Mix cornstarch and cold water together in a small plastic bowl. Add food coloring and stir. Repeat process to create different colors of paint. Paint can be easily washed off with water.

Heidi – my only recommendation would be to put it in spray bottles instead. Let the little guys paint with water – they LOVE it!

Made this today! Lots of fun. I may have to try the spray bottle idea next time. Sounds like it would make some cool patterns!
