Have you seen the site Craft Project Ideas sponsored by Walmart? They sent Busy Kids = Happy Mom their awesome Boy Craft Catapult Wars (click here for the Amazon.com link)!
The set comes with glue, all materials, stickers, bean bags, and targets. We had fun putting it together (we used a glue gun because it dried faster) and played with everything inside for quite awhile.
The kids had fun changing things up when we went outside:
